Attachment Styles

Attachment Theory is the theory of the necessity of deep and enduring emotional bonds between two people (dominantly a child/infant and parent) to help promote emotional development. This widely recognized theory has now evolved through science and continued research has defined 4 agreed upon attachment styles.
The four attachment styles that have been identified as:
Anxious, Secure, Avoidant and Fearful
